Dyrdek Collection
DC is proud to announce the release of Dyrdek Collection from pro skateboarder Rob Dyrdek. Dyrdek’s collection is a first for both himself and the brand, as its premiere athlete designed collection. The Dyrdek Collection includes footwear, apparel and accessories, all which feature signature branding and a custom print. The collection will launch to retail stores beginning October 1, 2009.

Took my boys to a skate session and because you had to wear helmets there wasn't a big turnout. Last year there were about 50 skaters, this year there was about 15. The skate night is provided by a church that puts out ramps and rails and skaters come to skate for free and eat hotdogs for free. But because they changed the rules this year making it that you have to wear helmets skaters just didn't like that. If you love to skate and you have no other place to skate why would you let a "helmet" keep you from doing what you like. Is it because helmets aren't COOL!
